Labor's Mobile Truck provides assistance to the Public Defender's Office in schools in the Federal District

Three-story mobile unit provides itinerant legal assistance in schools.

The new Mobile Truck of the Public Defender's Office has started serving schools in the Federal District. Made from Labor's unique three-story semi-trailer, the equipment provides itinerant legal assistance in schools for mothers with children or teenagers.

The Mobile Labor Service Van has three floors, with service counters, reception, technical area, complete pantry and more. It has a reserved room, a PCD bathroom, structural aluminum flooring and all the structure for the service.

In the public service cart, the highlight is democratized access, as the mobile unit is about 4cm off the ground at the time of service, which eliminates the use of external stairs, promoting access for people with walking difficulties such as the elderly, obese, hypertensive patients, pregnant women, etc.; in addition to complying with standard NBR 9050 - Accessibility.

This is because the Mobile Care Truck has the only and exclusive air suspension system in the industry, designed with independent, individual suspension (no axle connecting the wheels), as well as a monocoque chassis, which provides a vehicle with three floors and guarantees an accessible vehicle.

The front of the vehicle is a differentiator, as it not only protects on-board elements such as air conditioning condensers and generator sets, but also promotes an innovative design, enhancing the whole!

The forward room is automated, made of tinted glass, with a light-blocking film to prevent heat from passing through, and blinds have been installed under the film to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

This modern and functional mobile unit also has external power supply, air conditioning, a generator set, TV for the public and more. The restroom caters for people with disabilities (PCDs), as well as the front entrance door and accesses, which comply with the NBR 9050 accessibility standard.
The purpose of Service truck The Public Defender's Office of the Federal District is specifically designed to assist mothers and their underage children who are in need of legal support, with dedicated work in schools, because the Public Defender's Office provides legal assistance in the broad sense, of a judicial and extrajudicial nature, and education in rights, and has the legitimacy to act not only individually, but also through collective protection.

The Mobile Unit has double stalls to receive the mother along with the child or adolescent: four at the top and two stalls at the bottom, with an extra child seat. It has a waiting room with benches for children and a TV with children's programming (cartoons, etc.), as well as a room reserved for cases that require a private area.
