Ecoparque Bairros Integrados factory breaks new ground in the Brazilian market
The revolutionary construction company chose the innovative Labor semi-trailer to transport its prefabricated concrete parts. Ecoparque, a company based in Cascavel (PR), inaugurated Brazil's first automated building factory and opted for the Labor "Concrete Loader"semi-trailer to transport its prefabricated concrete walls, thus ensuring high performance not only in its production, but also in its logistics sector.
Ecoparque Bairros Integrados has an innovative construction system with prefabricated walls, which produces ready-made buildings in blocks in its factory, assembling buildings of up to 15 floors in a few months. This is an innovation in the domestic market and a promise of a new successful system which, to maintain its high productivity, uses the Labor Equipamentos Rodoviários semi-trailer system, the only trailer capable of transporting parts up to 4 meters high and 10 meters long and still remain within the traffic regulations.
Concrete Loader Labor was chosen by Ecoparque-fábrica to transport precast concrete elements, not only for its load capacity, but also for its safety, since the risk of the unit tipping over is practically zero, and for its ease of storage, using trestles that are later also used for transport.
An extremely innovative system in the transportation sector, its loading/unloading is automated, excluding the use of muncks and moorings, and is done in just 4 minutes with safety and agility.
