Senai Mobile School Truck for Renewable Energy Courses

Labor Equipamentos Rodoviários' Carreta Escola continues to win over clients throughout Brazil. One of them is SENAI - the National Industrial Apprenticeship Service, with its Mobile Renewable Energy Unit, which will offer courses in this area.

The Renewable Energy Systems Technical Course aims to enable professionals to develop and install renewable energy systems, carry out operation and maintenance of these systems, as well as implement energy management and energy efficiency actions, in accordance with technical, environmental, quality and occupational health and safety procedures and standards.

Mobile Renewable Energy Unit - Made from the manufacturer's exclusive Double Deck semi-trailer, this modern and functional SENAI Mobile School Unit innovates in its ability to offer simultaneous courses, with a total capacity for 32 students, unique in the market! On its two floors: theoretical classes upstairs and practical classes downstairs.

The great secret of this efficiency lies in the project and design of the mobile unit, unique in the market and exclusive to Labor Equipamentos Rodoviários (patented), whose constructive conception is developed through a monocoque chassis, individual suspension (without axles connecting the wheels), vertical expansion promoting two floors and lateral expansion through forward rooms.

Democratizing access was the challenge! In this project this was overcome, because Labor Equipamentos Rodoviários' mobile unit provides access at a height of 4cm! That's right, 4cm high! Its access is via a very smooth accessibility ramp, meeting the standards for wheelchair users, as well as providing access for patients with walking difficulties such as the elderly, hypertensive patients, obese people, pregnant women, etc.

Labor launched this innovative model at a presentation at FIERGS - Federation of Industries of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. It was the first demonstration to the S System, where the model was very well received, as it promotes a larger number of students per classroom in practical and theoretical classes, much faster assembly with daily mobilization, reducing operating costs and a soft, safe and innovative type of suspension, guaranteeing the longevity of all the equipment on board!
