In the presence of Governor Carlos Massa Ratinho Junior, EcoParque inaugurated the first automated building factory in Brazil on Friday, February 23. It's a high-tech system that allows for the large-scale construction of complete condominiums - up to 20 buildings with 120 apartments each in just six months!

So much technology and high manufacturing demand required a logistics standard of the same level, capable of efficiently and safely transporting prefabricated walls up to 4 meters high and 6 meters long, and this is when Labor Equipamentos Rodoviários presented its Concrete Loader semi-trailerThe new system is capable of transporting these sheets safely, loading and unloading them in just 4 minutes, without the need for lashing and other challenges that were previously commonplace in the sector.

Already used by other large companies, such as Puma Lajes, Leonardi, among others, the semi-trailer developed by Labor Equipamentos for transporting prefabricated parts has a differentiated system of independent suspensions, i.e. without axles between the wheels, which allows it to transport sheets up to 4 meters high and still remain within the legislation.

HOW TRANSPORTATION OF PREFABRICATED PARTS WORKS

Unlike any other semi-trailer on the market, the Concrete Loader semi- trailer allows pre-manufactured parts to be stored on trestles that will later also be used for transportation. The air suspension of the Concrete Lo ader unit allows the semi-trailer to "lower" and stay just a few centimeters off the ground, making it possible to fit the loaded trestle into the semi-trailer with a simple reverse maneuver.

Subsequently, lateral hydropushes are activated electronically and close to tighten the walls, replacing traditional strapping with a much faster and safer system.
