Labor produces the largest mobile women's health unit in Brazil!

Labor's Double Deck trailer continues to win over more mobile unit customers, this time for Women's Health. One of the road equipment manufacturer's exclusive double-deck semi-trailers was delivered to the medical diagnostics company El Diagnóstico and is in operation in São Caetano do Sul (SP).

São Caetano do Sul City Hall is already using a double-decker, vertically-expanded mobile cart with five consulting rooms, designed to support imaging exams. It is the first Women's Health vertical expansion trailer in Latin America.

The first appointments will be made at the Pink Octoberbreast cancer awareness month. The vehicle will be in four neighborhoods until October 31st.

Two offices are used for ultrasound exams, one for mammography, one for Pap smears and the other for screening and care. The area is 100 m² with an accessible, air-conditioned and humanized environment.

The mayor of São Caetano do Sul, José Auricchio Júnior, attended the handover of Labor's mobile health unit to El Diagnóstico. The service will be exclusive to Women's Health. "Today we are launching the Pink October actions combined with the provision of services in the new mobile health unit. It's a space designed to offer comfort to our patients, air-conditioned, with all the necessary structure to carry out imaging tests," said the mayor.

Health Secretary Regina Maura Zetone pointed out that this month's activities were opened at the Caism, "which has prepared an educational space with a friendly breast and information on breast cancer prevention and prophylaxis, as well as offering photo shoots and beauty workshops". "Now, we're getting to know the new unit, which will be open all month offering preventive examinations (by appointment) and free Pap smears, nursing care and information on family planning," she added.

Labor's Mobile Health Unit stands out because it takes no more than 20 minutes to set up. A conventional cargo trailer, transformed into a mobile unit for this type of application, takes up to 4 hours to assemble. It has a high monoblock configuration without axles, measuring 15 meters in length, with a ceiling height of 2.30 meters per floor.

The Labor Health Truck has an access area on the lower floor, about 15 centimeters off the ground, and can reach up to 3 floors in height when parked for services (ground, middle and upper floors) - a fully automated operation that eliminates the need for an external staircase to access its interior, making access democratic for all the public served. The Labor mobile unit's health trailer configuration has already been used successfully by many clients. Among them: Instituto Deuseny Santos, Mercedes-Benz.
