Manufacturer presents innovative and exclusive semi-trailers.

Once again, Labor Equipamentos is present at Fenatran - the International Road Freight Transport Exhibition. For the 2024 edition of the sector's traditional event, held in November in São Paulo, the manufacturer presented two new products on its stand (E-152), the In Loader and Maxiloader refrigerated semi-trailers.

The In Loader provides efficient logistics for both the manufacturer and the customer, speeding up the process by using racks to organize loads and speed up transport. The Refrigerated Maxiloader has an innovative system for sealing the cold air from the refrigerated trailer when it enters the dock and more.

One of the new features at the 24th Fenatran, says Labor director Heberson Cosso, is the well-known In Loader for transporting glass. "It can now carry concrete walls, hollow core slabs, steel coils, generator sets and anything else you can imagine," he says.

Another great innovation of the In Loader semi-trailer is loading/unloading. "It loads in just four minutes, with no hands on the load, just the driver," explains the director.

The Maxiloader Refrigerator arrives to innovate in the transport of chilled / refrigerated cargo, with its imposing 4 meter high cargo box. "It carries 42 1.80 meter pallets, all on a double deck system, with no chassis or axles, completely monoblock. In other words, full use!" says Cosso. 

Compared to a conventional attachment, the Maxiloader refrigerated truck carries 50% more cargo with the same fuel consumption - with reductions of 32% in transportation costs and CO2 emissions. "And it has a platform that makes a difference everywhere," concludes the director.

With European ISO 9000 quality standards, the unit manufactures the company's exclusive products in Brazil, such as the Concrete Loader semi-trailer for transporting reinforced concrete pre-cast, the Double Deck semi-trailer in trunk and sider versions, two and three-storey mobile units, among others.
