The Maxiloader Double Deck is an exclusive semi-trailer with mechanical innovations that improve on the conventional model with its ample internal space and, consequently, reduced costs. It has two decks distributed to carry up to 50% more cargo, i.e. up to 42 pallets per trip (28 on the upper deck and 14 on the lower deck).
This new Maxiloader Double Deck semi-trailer model is only possible thanks to its independent suspensions, which do away with the axle beam and thus allow all the space from the ground to the floor of the conventional semi-trailer to become cargo space. As a result, a double-deck semi-trailer has been created, with a flat floor and lowered closer to the ground, with the capacity to load pallets up to 1.80 m high without stacking (per deck).
The Maxiloader Double Deck range is complete and comes in a wide variety of versions: Trunk, Sider (mixed loading), New Sider, Refrigerator, Double Deck and Evolution trailers on chassis (for transporting motorcycles and other goods at low height).
Each model in the Maxiloader Double Deck range has innovations for its transport application. The Fridge, for example, has a differentiated system consisting of a motor plus two internal coolers (one on each floor). In other words, you can divide one floor into frozen and another into chilled, or even create internal dividing doors - dividing the trailer into different temperature segments. This unit, like the Chest, Trailer and Evolution versions, has a rear platform to help with loading and unloading at docks.
Because they are manufactured and designed 100% by Labor Equipamentos Rodoviários, Maxiloader Double Deck units can vary in length, height between the decks and final height of the implement, adapting to the needs of each client or the legislation of each country.
